Key Responsibilities

•Schedule and coordinate regular inspections and maintenance to meet safety and regulatory standards.
•Manage routine preventive maintenance activities (PMs), tire rotations, annual inspections, recalls, and warranty opportunities.
•Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve fleet availability.
•Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve maintenance concerns.
•Source and procure parts and oversee external service providers and vendors; promote safety protocols and support after-hours breakdowns as needed.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (required).
•5+ years of experience in maintenance operations.
•Proven experience in fleet maintenance, repair, or a related field.
•Strong knowledge of vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components.
•Willingness to travel as needed; technical certifications or vocational training in vehicle repair are preferred.
