Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPIs (including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture).
  • •Plan, prioritize, and champion change; take responsibility for assigned tasks and deadlines.
  • •Train and develop associates by teaching training content through roleplay and coaching, supporting store manager training, and completing quarterly personal goal setting.
  • •Provide coaching and feedback by articulating strengths, goals, and opportunities and promoting a 360-degree coaching culture using company tools.
  • •Ensure compliance by managing personal timecards for payroll accuracy, maintaining Tumi University Training, adhering to company policies, and following visual merchandising directives to ensure superior client experiences.
