Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and follow up on social care and rehabilitation for youth in the center, ensuring programs support behavior modification and social reintegration.
  • •Manage intake and orientation for placed youth, including completion of deposit procedures, issuing personal items, and distributing supplies by room/age group needs.
  • •Supervise primary healthcare-related activities by coordinating with the medical team, including follow-up on initial/daily analyses, exams, and medications based on cases.
  • •Monitor youth behavior and needs through active participation, individual interviews, behavior assessments, and regular reporting to specialists to drive improvement plans.
  • •Support safety and welfare by supervising activities, applying security and safety standards, resolving disputes with on-site security (Dubai Police), and coordinating periodic family visits and contacts.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Service, Psychology (or equivalent).
  • •0–3 years of experience in a similar field.
  • •Proficiency in two languages: Arabic and English, or Arabic and Urdu, or any additional language.
  • •Ability to supervise daily social care and rehabilitation follow-ups for youth in the center.
  • •Comply with information security policies and follow the entity’s security procedures to ensure confidentiality.
