•Support AI-driven engineering learning such as AI system design, AI code review, model development, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
•Help learners apply AI agents and AI automation to everyday development through consistent, practical skill building.
•Provide career support including resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, and behavioral and technical interview preparation.
•Advise on salary negotiation, promotion strategy, and networking strategy while partnering with the team to deliver a high-quality experience.

Key Requirements

•Professional experience in software engineering.
•Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
•Ability to teach core software engineering concepts, including architecture and frontend frameworks.
•Comfort teaching modern AI-driven engineering work such as AI system design, AI code review, model development, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
•A clear, structured approach to breaking down complex technical concepts while supporting practical skill building.
