Key Responsibilities

  • •Teach and coach students and professionals on software engineering skills, including architecture and frontend frameworks.
  • •Support AI-driven engineering learning such as AI system design, AI code review, model development, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
  • •Help learners apply AI agents and AI automation to everyday development through consistent, practical skill building.
  • •Provide career support including resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, and behavioral and technical interview preparation.
  • •Advise on salary negotiation, promotion strategy, and networking strategy while partnering with the team to deliver a high-quality experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional experience in software engineering.
  • •Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
  • •Ability to teach core software engineering concepts, including architecture and frontend frameworks.
  • •Comfort teaching modern AI-driven engineering work such as AI system design, AI code review, model development, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
