Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform and monitor fundamental plant-level accounting activities to keep daily accounting functions accurate and effective.
  • •Complete daily accounts payable and customer invoicing processes.
  • •Execute month-end closing procedures and ensure general ledger and subsidiary ledger transactions are accurate and properly accounted for.
  • •Maintain balance sheet reconciliations, support internal controls, and assist with audits and inventory reporting.
  • •Support cost accounting, capital expenditure tracking, asset register maintenance, and forecasting/budgeting activities including monthly/weekly forecasts, quarterly forecasts, and annual budget.
