Key Responsibilities

•End-to-end ownership of a set of strategic partnerships with LLMs, hyperscalers, AI developer tools, data platforms and niche providers who can fill product gaps
•Market analysis and due diligence with emphasis on quantitative support for new partnerships and market entries
•Deal structuring and negotiation: term sheets, revenue sharing, data licensing, API embedding, pipeline and revenue commitments
•Expand exposure within strategic partners, driving alignment up to C-level relationships
•Collaborate with Channel & Enablement teams for GTM execution: co-sell motions, joint pipeline, co-marketing in support of revenue or branding

Key Requirements

•8+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 5+ in strategic technology partnerships, alliances, or corporate development, ideally at a hyperscaler, high-growth SaaS, or with consulting/banking background before becoming operator
•Track record of closing deals with real structure, not just relationship management
•Fluency in the modern data stack (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Supabase) and the AI developer ecosystem; able to hold credible technical conversations with a CPO or platform team
•Hands-on experience with AI; demonstrated ability to build, ship, or iterate on AI-related integrations and platforms
•Exceptional cross-functional leadership and ability to drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales/GTM, Legal, and Channel organizations
