Account Services Representative

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned business accounts as the primary day-to-day contact, resolving operational issues using a consultative account management approach. Support delinquency management, client system and program implementations, and help drive adoption of electronic and web-based solutions. Maintain portfolio accuracy, follow up on inquiries, provide training and updates, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high service levels through phone and email communication.
