Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and support Triage Analysts, including performance management and hiring/onboarding for a new team.
  • •Oversee daily validation processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with SLAs and program requirements.
  • •Monitor report quality and validation accuracy; identify trends and improvements, and resolve triage-related inquiries.
  • •Maintain flexible hours to overlap with global leadership and coordinate varying shifts/time zones for continuous coverage.
  • •Collaborate with Triage, Customer Success, and Program Operations; track KPIs/metrics and drive process improvements to intake workflows and tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of relevant corporate experience.
  • •2+ years of experience in people management, preferably in a security-related domain.
  • •Good understanding of the bug bounty landscape and vulnerability disclosure ecosystem.
  • •Background in web application security, bug bounty, or vulnerability triage (strongly preferred), including OWASP Top 10 and basic tools like Burp Suite.
  • •Must be able to work from the HackerOne office in Pune 4-5 days per week; able to manage distributed/shift-based teams.
