Coordinate seating assignments for reservations and walk-ins, provide guest assistance and menu recommendations, and handle reservation updates through a booking system. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the waiting area, communicate with servers and kitchen staff to keep service flowing, and resolve guest concerns while supporting staff during peak periods.
