Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a section of 15 to 20 radar subsystem engineers, including career/technical mentoring and team development.
  • •Lead RF radar subsystem product development and transition-to-production/integration activities, including support to production.
  • •Provide technical leadership for radar subsystem and network integration, collaborating with Command and Control teams, Chief Engineers, and Program Managers.
  • •Drive cost and schedule management using EVMS and prepare/present reporting such as PPRs, VARs, and EACs while mitigating risks.
  • •Lead proposal development and prepare Basis of Estimates (BOEs), overseeing cost estimation and production projects to deliver on time, within budget, and to specification.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a STEM degree and at least 10 years of prior work experience, or an advanced degree and at least 7 years of prior work experience.
  • •Experience with RF radar subsystem design, test, and integration.
  • •Experience leading multi-disciplined engineering teams.
  • •Experience working on designs from concept through production.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
