Job Summary

Drive commercial real estate opportunities from initial interest through signed lease or purchase agreements. Act as the central “quarterback” connecting Legal, Finance, Technical teams, and external brokers to unblock deals and produce clear Deal Summaries for the Investment Committee. Manage high-volume pipelines, support LOI and lease negotiation/redlining, oversee diligence and closing checklists, and run pro forma valuations and sensitivity analyses to assess deal viability and risk.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage a curated pipeline of development opportunities across target UK markets by engaging brokers, landlords, developers, and government agencies.
•Manage multiple real estate transactions at once by tracking critical dates and ensuring sites meet location, technical, and cost requirements.
•Support negotiation by outlining LOI terms and partnering with legal counsel to redline leases and related contracts.
•Coordinate cross-functional due diligence by pulling in the right experts and validating buildability and power availability.
•Create Investment Committee Deal Summaries and run pro forma valuations and sensitivity analyses to drive Go/No-Go decisions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
•7+ years’ experience in commercial real estate transactions, development, or investment, including 3+ years working with UK planning policy and statutory consents.
•Demonstrated ability to manage transactions from LOI through execution and understand real estate deal mechanics.
•Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling.
•Experience managing deals end-to-end with a clear track record of progressing sites to agreement.
