Own the development of the analytics function for PawChamp, turning data into a core driver of business growth. Audit and scale a trusted data foundation with a single source of truth and reliable reporting. Lead product, marketing, and business analytics to support C-level decisions, optimize unit economics, and monitor key business metrics proactively. Manage and grow a team of product and marketing analysts, standardize metrics, and embed a data-driven culture while integrating AI and automation to speed insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the analytics function for PawChamp, defining strategy, team priorities, and ensuring data supports strategic decisions.
•Run an audit of current analytics capabilities, then build a scalable data foundation with a single source of truth and trusted reporting.
•Provide analytics support across product, marketing, and top management, helping teams find growth opportunities and optimize unit economics.
•Partner with C-level leaders to shape an analytics vision for business development, identifying opportunities and reducing risks.
•Head the team of product and marketing analysts, scaling the function and fostering a data-driven culture through standardized metrics and improved data literacy.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a Lead of Analytics (or similar) role with responsibility for developing the analytics function and its strategy.
•Experience building or scaling analytics in a product business with large data volumes and fast growth.
•Strong expertise in product, marketing, and business analytics, with an understanding of how they connect.
•Experience building a data foundation, standardizing metrics, developing BI solutions, and creating reporting that the whole business trusts.
•Proven leadership in growing teams (structure, hiring, mentoring) and building an ownership culture.
