•Coach and develop associates by teaching training content, using roleplay and coaching, and supporting the Store Manager’s training efforts.
•Communicate effectively with strong written and verbal skills, adapt communication across stakeholders, and deescalate calmly when needed.
•Maintain compliance by managing timecards for payroll accuracy, adhering to company policies, and ensuring training requirements are met.
