Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the focal point for assigned aircraft modification projects within the BGS/BCA partnership environment.
  • •Own project delivery from award through final delivery, ensuring schedule, quality, certification, and financial objectives are achieved.
  • •Manage delivery of modification projects certified via an EASA pathway and protect/improve performance by identifying and managing risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • •Lead internal programme teams and coordinate workstreams to progress against scope, schedule, budget, and certification milestones.
  • •Lead major milestone meetings (e.g., ITCM, PDR, CDR, FAI), compile minutes/action plans, and provide regular status, financial performance, and certification progress updates to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of applicable experience in aircraft modification, integration, or certification projects.
  • •For Senior Level: 3+ years leading complex projects, including schedule milestones, financial assessments, resource assessments, and risk/issues management.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office, including MS Project.
  • •Qualification in Project Management or equivalent certification such as PMP, CPM or similar.
