Job Summary

Lead project management for a cross-functional Integrated Product Team responsible for part-level ownership across the full lifecycle—design, validation, production, and field sustainment. Guide technical execution, manage risks, issues, budgets, schedules, and technical metrics, and coordinate engineering design changes. Support supplier/manufacturing reviews and field sustainment activities while communicating status and needs to engineering and program leadership in English.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership and project management for a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) across the full part lifecycle (design through field sustainment).
•Drive technical execution and program performance, including risk management, issue resolution, and readiness for key reviews.
•Plan and manage budgets, schedules, and technical metrics in collaboration with CIPT.
•Coordinate engineering design updates and changes (Class I & Class II Engineering Changes) and support engineering change activities.
•Support development and sustainment activities including supplier/manufacturing reviews and field inquiries; troubleshoot production delivery as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
•5 years of engineering project management experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of engineering project management experience.
•Provide leadership and project management for a cross-functional Integrated Product Team across design, validation, production, and field sustainment.
•Experience supporting engineering execution activities across structural analysis, durability, aero, materials, and manufacturing engineering.
•Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively in English (read, write, speak).
