Job Summary

Lead the delivery of municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater conveyance infrastructure across Ontario and Canada. Provide technical leadership through planning, design, and delivery for complex projects, overseeing engineering calculations, reports, specifications, drawings, and cost estimates. Champion QA/QC practices, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and solve challenging engineering problems. Support pursuits and proposals throughout the project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, Municipal Class Environmental Assessments, and construction support.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the technical planning, design, and delivery of complex municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater conveyance projects.
•Provide technical leadership and direction to multidisciplinary teams on large-scale infrastructure solutions.
•Oversee development and review of engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, drawings, and cost estimates.
•Establish and champion QA/QC practices to ensure technical excellence across deliverables.
•Mentor and develop engineers and designers while providing expert guidance across feasibility, detailed design, procurement, and construction support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
•Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation and registration with Professional Engineers Ontario.
•12–15 years of experience delivering municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater infrastructure projects.
•Deep expertise in planning, design, and delivery of watermains, trunk sewers, forcemains, pump stations, outfalls, and pipelines.
•Experience serving as a technical lead on complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects and preparing/reviewing technical deliverables.
