Key Responsibilities

•Define Alan's regulatory strategy and ensure compliance posture across markets, translating regulatory obligations into operational tools and processes.
•Lead responses to inspections and report on compliance risks to the board and committees.
•Develop strategies to influence regulatory evolutions and maintain relationships with regulators in collaboration with public affairs.
•Act as the legal voice in strategic business conversations, manage legal responses to major RFPs, and lead complex negotiations with prospects and clients.
•Define offer strategies for large accounts leveraging regulatory expertise to unlock deals and support international expansion.

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years of insurance law and/or social protection law experience at a top insurance law firm or international insurance company.
•Fluency in French and professional English (written and spoken).
•In-depth commercial experience, including negotiating or litigating complex health and disability insurance deals.
•Broad familiarity with insurance regulatory frameworks: ACPR guidelines, insurance distribution rules, and applicable health and disability insurance regulations.
•Bonus: experience on international markets and drafting in English; experience at a regulatory authority.
