Key Responsibilities

•Greet and acknowledge guests by name, providing personalized service and assistance
•Oversee daily lounge setup and breakdown for breakfast, daytime offerings, and evening reception
•Ensure all food and beverage presentations meet brand and hotel standards
•Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with kitchen/F&B team
•Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B teams to ensure seamless operations and service recovery when needed

Key Requirements

•Previous hospitality, concierge, or guest service experience preferred
•Thorough understanding of safe and perceptive service
•Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
•Ability to do basic math
•Ability to work with Point of Sale systems
