Director Vendor Management

Lead vendor management as a core capability for the Technology and Product organization, owning processes for contract review, SLA development, negotiations, renewals, and quarterly business reviews. Establish vendor scorecards and accountability measures, serve as the escalation liaison between vendors and technology teams, and partner with Enterprise Architecture and Product Management to manage the lifecycle of critical vendor technologies. Drive strategic vendor performance monitoring, reporting, and future technology roadmaps.
