Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end AI-driven automation initiatives; own planning, development, and management of project schedules and deliverables to achieve program objectives on time.
  • •Manage the SCG AI-driven automation feature development lifecycle (data collection and labeling, experiments, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring) with focus on reliability, safety, and performance.
  • •Participate in design reviews and manage scope changes to minimize impacts on timelines; champion CI/CD, release management, experimentation, observability, and post-release validation for AI-powered features.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison for the technical team in multi-functional discussions, ensuring alignment on achievements and go-to-production strategies.
  • •Identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues to leadership as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Applied Science or Engineering is required (or equivalent experience); a Master’s degree is helpful.
