Own end-to-end payroll support for employees by downloading reports from the ESC tool, assigning tickets to team members, and resolving salary and Income Tax queries within agreed SLAs. Handle complex cases via calls and email, and coordinate with internal groups including the Payroll team, HR, and SAP Time entry team to ensure timely, accurate issue resolution.
