Job Summary

Support the commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of chiller and HVAC systems on-site. Handle repairs, perform PPM, coordinate parts and movement planning, and lead recurring team meetings on safety and site audits. Manage customer follow-ups, attend and resolve complaints, provide daily and monthly reporting, and conduct RCA for failures in line with EHS guidelines while maintaining the ability to drive service vehicles.

•Commission chillers and HVAC systems and support troubleshooting and servicing activities.
•Repair HVAC equipment and perform timely preventive maintenance (PPM) per company SOP.
•Conduct RCA for failures and share findings with the Quality team and FFL.
•Coordinate with the Service Coordinator for movement planning and parts requirements; manage service reporting to office and ASM.
•Lead weekly team meetings on safety, site audits, and backlog status; ensure EHS guideline adherence and handle customer complaints professionally.

•Hands-on experience with chiller commissioning, repairs, and service.
