Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in internal and external projects to gain experience.
  • •Provide workplace support including software distribution, deploying images for workstations (OS and components), supporting virtual desktops, messaging, and remote access.
  • •Work in a team to classify and escalate incidents, and resolve Level I incidents.
  • •Support the mobile devices platform using AirWatch and tablets.
  • •Learn and work with cloud (Cloud and Workplace) while developing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, networks, and system management using the listed technologies.
