Key Responsibilities

•Participate in designing recommendation systems to improve development efficiency, performance, scalability, and recommendation effectiveness.
•Optimize backend systems and services for data security, modularity, computational efficiency, and scalability.
•Troubleshoot production systems and implement mechanisms and tools to maintain overall operational stability.
•Build distributed systems (e.g., storage and computing) to support massive data and large-scale business systems.
•Perform extreme performance optimization across storage, computing, or application layers, and analyze user needs to develop software solutions.

Key Requirements

•Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Strong software programming capability with good code design and coding style.

•Pragmatic understanding of data structures, algorithm design/analysis, networking, data security, distributed systems, and highly scalable system design.
