  • •Architect and build domain systems, writing code and setting the technical standard by example.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a senior-most individual contributor (Principal/Distinguished) or a hands-on technical founder among the strongest builders.
  • •Build core production systems at real scale and ideally lead a hard, ambiguous 0→1 or 0→GA bet by owning a company-defining system.
  • •Demonstrate category-defining range with the ability to articulate tradeoffs across every layer.
  • •Have deep credibility in AI and agents (or comparable domain depth) while staying hands-on in the code.
  • •BS/BA in Computer Science required (MS or PhD a strong plus); be San Francisco-based and committed to working onsite (H1B transfers welcome).
