Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for how customers install, configure, and operate Camunda 8 self-managed environments (Kubernetes/Helm deployments, container services, on-premises, air-gapped, and enterprise configurations). Collaborate across engineering, product marketing, customer success, and documentation to reduce deployment friction and ensure enterprise-ready, scalable self-managed offerings.

Key Responsibilities

•Define market-driven vision, strategy, and product requirements focused on improving the Camunda product portfolio.
•Manage community, customer, partner, and internal feedback with an emphasis on successfully driving innovation to improve our customers experience with Camunda’s self-managed service.
•Fully evaluate and prioritize incoming feature requests.
•Keep the self-managed team equipped to work on the appropriate epics.
•Continuous assessment of Camunda demand, market differentiation and the competitive landscape as well as close collaboration with our Pre-Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and other Field teams.
