Process and administer commercial loan servicing and monetary transactions for the commercial portfolio, handling requests by phone or written channels and performing scheduled/non-scheduled maintenance. Ensure accurate GL posting and payment processing, including research and resolution of discrepancies, fee waivers, and payment history updates. Review reports to protect system integrity and customer impact, and escalate more complex issues while working with internal teams to correct variances.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle commercial client support functions via telephone or written requests, including processing monetary transactions and loan maintenance.
•Perform accurate processing of Dollar Transaction Forms and Loan Initial Funding Requests through the Centralized Funding process.
•Balance and post general ledger entries using APA, post DDA entries via APA to Hogan, and process outgoing wires and cashier checks as needed.
•Process requests received through Quest, databases, and the KeyView system, including fee waiver requests and indicative account information changes.
•Maintain CLS by setting up borrowing base and advance paydown ticklers and review reports to prevent customer impact and ensure system integrity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 24.52 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting preferred.
•Minimum 2 years of experience with strong knowledge of commercial loan servicing.
•Ability to process and maintain loan servicing tasks following defined procedures, including scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance.
•Familiarity with banking systems such as CLS/CL3 and LoanIQ.
•Strong attention to detail, accounting principles knowledge, and excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
