Job Summary

Drive partner adoption and success across APAC for Circle’s payments product portfolio. Own partnership growth from early design through launch, activation, and expansion, partnering with teams across Partnerships, Product, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance. Develop relationship strategies, manage onboarding and launch operations, and provide executive sponsorship through business reviews, product adoption, and campaign management—building long-term, mutually trusted partner outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Report to the APAC Payments Lead to drive adoption and success across Circle’s payments product portfolio with wallet companies, financial institutions, and commerce platforms.
•Bring first-of-kind partnerships from early-stage design through launch, activation, and growth.
•Partner cross-functionally to manage onboarding, operations needs, strategic growth initiatives, escalations, and day-to-day requirements.
•Develop and maintain lasting partnerships by providing creative direction, defining relationship strategy, and coordinating executive sponsorship, business reviews, and product adoption.
•Design partner success plans, build launch plans, enable onboarding, project-manage launch plans, and forecast go-live dates against business goals.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of Account Management or Business Development experience.
•Background in payments, fintech, or digital assets.
•Ability to navigate and work effectively with Asia-headquartered organizations.
•Ownership mentality with grit, resiliency, and an optimistic attitude.
•Strong customer-success mindset with ability to understand partners’ business goals and use cases (Chinese Mandarin is a strong preference).
