Key Responsibilities

  • •Document, analyze, and optimize employee relations processes, including current-state and future-state workflows, to support transition to HR Business Operations (GSO).
  • •Develop and maintain operational documentation such as SOPs, user guides, manager toolkits, job aids, templates, and process documentation.
  • •Support standardization of employee relations practices including performance management, investigations, disciplinary processes, case documentation, and policy application.
  • •Ensure ER processes align with global frameworks, governance requirements, and case management practices while contributing to case quality and documentation standards.
  • •Provide guidance on employee relations matters and low- to moderate-complexity cases; support training, process walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, Human Relations, or a related field.
  • •3-5 years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience supporting employee relations processes such as performance management, workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, policy interpretation, or case management.
  • •Knowledge of employment legislation, workplace standards, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
  • •Experience documenting and improving operational processes, workflows, procedures, or service delivery models.
