Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the annual budget, rolling forecast, and monthly close variance analysis
  • •Build and maintain consolidated P&L, headcount model, and cash flow forecast; present results and risks to leadership
  • •Develop multi-channel revenue models and KPI dashboards for member acquisition, retention, visit volume, unit economics, and clinical utilization
  • •Build integrated 3-statement financial models for scenario planning, fundraising support, and board presentations, including unit-economics (CAC, LTV, payback, gross margin)
  • •Prepare board decks and investor updates; support fundraising diligence and respond to investor questions while conducting market sizing and benchmarking
