Job Summary

Own pre-season and in-season demand planning for HOKA ECOM across all platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize sales opportunities while minimizing inventory risk. Build sales plans and Open-to-Buy (OTB) targets across key milestones, align top-down and bottom-up forecasts using statistical, heuristic, and AI models, and maintain the demand plan in forecasting tools. Lead monthly demand reviews, participate in S&OP, track sell-through performance, and provide monthly rolling forecasts to manage risks and opportunities.

•Drive pre-season planning by supporting LRP/MFP build-up with ECOM channel insights and setting financial targets for season/product mix.
•Create and reconcile top-down vs bottom-up plans using statistical, heuristic, and AI forecasting models at style-color-size and size levels.
•Lead in-season OTB forecasting and bottoms-up re-forecasting to maintain optimal inventory position and respond to demand trends.
•Run monthly ECOM demand review and participate in monthly S&OP, aligning the demand plan with DTC merchants, channel leads, and BU head for sign-off.
•Track sell-through performance with DTC merchants and provide monthly rolling sales forecasts to identify business opportunities or de-risk financial plans.
