•Provide service and sales orientation to clients, ensuring accurate guidance and product recommendations to meet customer needs.
•Promote and sell bank products during interactions with customers, and refer customers to appropriate channels for complex transactions.
•Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and service quality, contributing to a positive and results-driven environment.
•Support a career path within HSBC through ongoing professional development and adherence to bank policies and values.
