Senior Professional Services Engineer (US - PST)

Hands-on technical consultant delivering Cortex onboarding and implementation end-to-end. You’ll capture customer engineering ecosystems, design Cortex data models and ingestion pipelines, and guide architecture decisions. Engage with engineers, platform teams, PMs and CTOs to translate complex systems into practical Cortex setups, enabling customers to design, implement, and scale successfully. Proactively troubleshoot, document, and share learnings.
