Job Summary

Own visual design systems and campaign creative across a portfolio of brands, turning strategy into cohesive web, digital, and marketing experiences. Lead projects from concept and art direction through refinement, production, and quality control, while maintaining consistent brand expression across channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Marketing, UX Design, Product, Web, and Communications. Key Responsibilities

•Develop visual design systems, campaign concepts, illustrations, and motion graphics for web experiences and digital campaigns across brand touchpoints.
•Lead campaign creative from start to finish, including art direction, refinement, production, and final quality control.
•Use AI tools intentionally to support creative exploration, workflow efficiency, content development, and concept iteration.
•Maintain and elevate visual consistency across digital channels while respecting each brand’s distinct identity.
•Partner cross-functionally to align creative work to briefs, brand standards, business goals, and project timelines; build shared brand kits, templates, documentation, and workflows.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in visual design, branding, and digital marketing design, preferably within B2B brands or companies.
•A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, art direction, and design systems thinking across multiple formats and channels.
•Demonstrated experience using AI tools in the creative process, including workflows, experimentation, or outputs showing real-world impact.
•Strong strategic ability to think about brand systems in a multi-brand environment and identify opportunities for scalable design solutions.
•Proven ability to lead campaigns and creative projects end-to-end with strong judgment around quality, consistency, and refinement.
