Associate Delegate Relations Manager

Sell delegate places over the phone for global events and training courses, advising customers on event and course suitability across industries. Drive revenue through large-scale events, conferences, and training, while identifying cross-selling opportunities across the full portfolio. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and account management. Operate with a hybrid, 3-days-in-office expectation and report to the Head of Sales with collaboration across production, sales, and marketing teams.
