Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive Operations Security strategy for identity and access management, including Active Directory, SSO, MFA, EntraID, IGA, RBAC, PAM, and Conditional Access.
  • •Define and drive network and cloud operations security strategy, including firewall management and SSE.
  • •Partner with stakeholders (e.g., CISO team and global product teams) to maximize value creation for Operations Security.
  • •Manage demand and backlogs: collect and qualify demands, consolidate business/tech backlogs, analyze EPICs, and arbitrate/prioritize features.
  • •Steer product lifecycle and execution: provide roadmaps/backlogs, forecast resources, oversee funding and ROI/cost tracking, and coordinate roll-out plans and demos.

Key Requirements

  • •Bac +4 year or equivalent degree in a related field.
  • •10+ years’ experience managing multiple Operations Security technologies in a complex enterprise environment.
  • •Experience with multiple operations security technologies (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Zscaler, Azure network services, WAF, Microsoft Identity/Auth, IGA framework, CI/CD in IT Operations).
  • •Proven experience in IT security management risk assessment and building/remediating plans.
  • •English fluency is mandatory; strong understanding of security operations service delivery practices and agile practices.
