Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage program coordinators, vendors, and contractors to oversee the execution of learning programs.
  • •Lead the design and execution of programs that enable recruiting and hiring, focused on key user groups.
  • •Collect, analyze, and report quantitative and qualitative program data (dashboards, outcomes, participation, learner progress, ROI).
  • •Partner with recruiting teams and internal/external stakeholders to ensure program alignment with business needs and workforce planning demand.
  • •Facilitate program effectiveness using surveys and feedback; identify improvements and streamline operations, including automation and better learning-platform/data utilization.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years with a PhD.

  • •Experience leading a team in a remote and/or hybrid work environment.
  • •Experience designing learning and development programs for an early-in-career audience.
  • •Deep experience with reporting, metrics, and interpreting data to derive insights, along with strong communication and confidentiality handling.
