Key Responsibilities

  • •Technical leadership and infrastructure support: Execute installation, configuration, preventive and corrective maintenance of datacenter, Windows/Linux servers, Juniper networks, virtualization (VMware/vCenter), telephony, and video surveillance and access control to ensure operational continuity and evolving technology at the Santa Fe penitentiary
  • •Event management and incident resolution: Monitor system performance with platforms like Zabbix or Nagios, diagnose and resolve complex issues timely, and escalate incidents with vendors or level-3 support to mitigate operational risk
  • •Pre-sales engineering and solution design: Coordinate with sales on RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, develop preliminary designs, traffic/dimensioning analyses, link budgets, and create solution architecture (FDD) and BOQ
  • •Deployment assurance and post-sale: Produce final technical design documentation, perform site coverage analyses, address interference, provide field support to现场 engineers, and respond to client inquiries for complex radio system design issues
  • •Supervision and regulatory compliance: Directly supervise external vendors and document procedures to ensure strict adherence to cybersecurity guidelines

Key Requirements

  • •Professional degree in Telecommunications, Informatics or Electronics
  • •4+ years in telecommunications/IT with end-to-end project lifecycle (pre-sale to post-sale)
  • •Experience administering Windows and Linux, VMware/vCenter, VPN, SIP, SNMP, firewalls, routers, switches, and monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios or similar)
  • •Knowledge of Motorola Solutions portfolio including cybersecurity, video and software integrations
  • •Fluency in Spanish and English
