Job Summary

Design and build agentic AI systems across domains like healthcare, finance, retail, and manufacturing. Combine GenAI/LLMs with RAG, embeddings, and multi-agent orchestration to deliver tool-calling and financial compliance workflows. Develop classical ML models for risk and prediction, implement HIPAA-aware architectures with auditability, and integrate with enterprise systems such as CRM, EHRs (FHIR/HL7), data lakes, MES/ERP, and IoT. Deploy, monitor, and optimize solutions on Azure.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement agent-based AI workflows for multiple domains, including healthcare and manufacturing.
•Build multi-agent financial AI systems (analysis, compliance, advisory) and implement RAG over financial documents and policies.
•Develop LLM-powered systems such as RAG, tool-calling agents, and multi-agent orchestration.
•Develop classical ML models (risk scoring, prediction, clustering, anomaly detection) and implement HIPAA-aware, auditable architectures.
•Build full-stack AI applications and integrate with enterprise systems (Python APIs, Azure deployment, EHRs via FHIR/HL7, data lakes, MES/ERP, IoT), then deploy, monitor, and optimize on Azure.

Key Requirements

•8+ years using Python-based AI systems
•8+ years hands-on with GenAI (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering)
•Experience with traditional ML (classification, regression, NLP, time-series)
•Full-stack experience with API design and UI integration (5+ years)
•Azure experience (Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, Functions, AKS)
