Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • •Review specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure compliance with design and contractual obligations.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and support execution.
  • •Procure required materials, equipment, and services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
  • •Monitor progress, inspect work quality, identify risks/delays, and prepare project documentation (reports, drawings, change orders, RFIs).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, with 5 years of relevant experience in construction/project delivery.
  • •Strong construction project management knowledge, including methodologies and techniques.
  • •Proficiency reading and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • •Ability to coordinate stakeholders (architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors) and resolve technical issues.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills required to succeed in the role.
