Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop internal visual standards for work boards, JIRA queuing, Power BI dashboards, and department workflows.
  • •Define and build department-level metrics and dashboards to quantify operations health and drive change.
  • •Conduct in-depth analyses using SQL and other methods to identify trends for decision-making.
  • •Create reports, tools, and standardized metrics to support operational measurement and continuous improvement.
  • •Support audits and improvement initiatives that streamline repair, maintenance, and construction engineering workflows, including implementing management/maintenance tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •1+ years of experience in operations/process improvement (internship experience qualifies).
  • •Experience with Excel, SQL, or Python.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Excellent written and communication skills.
