Own the loan customer journey for drivers, driving acquisition, origination, and growth. Improve conversions across the pre-approved offer to disbursement funnel using experiments and risk policy adjustments. Identify new placements within the SuperApp and build value propositions for underserved needs. Ensure KYC/AML logic stability, develop promos for new segments, define product requirements, and report key metrics (conversion, Time-to-Money, CSAT) while collaborating with CRM, GTM, Credit Risk, and tech teams.

•Own the loan origination process, including customer interfaces, marketing, and risk engines.
•Continuously improve conversion rates via marketing and origination process enhancements.
•Identify new acquisition placements within the SuperApp and uncover unserved customer needs to form value propositions.
•Maintain KYC and AML logic stability and compliance.
•Develop promotions for new segments, define long-term acquisition strategy for new markets/audiences, and form product requirements while reporting key metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 80,200 annually
