Manage and deliver commercial real estate corporate office projects in Manhattan, aligning architects, engineers, and suppliers to meet governance, schedule, and design standards. Track critical milestones, forecast milestones and budgets, and produce formal status reports while monitoring multiple construction efforts. Provide technical support, respond to RFIs, support cost control and value engineering, and maintain strong client relationships in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
