Job Summary

Build scalable, governed, AI-ready analytics solutions that support Sales, Renewals, Services, and Customer Success. Design executive-grade Tableau dashboards, KPI frameworks, and trusted data products, and develop analytics-ready data models in Snowflake. Partner with GTM leaders to translate business needs, establish data governance and row-level security, and drive adoption of self-service insights and AI-enabled semantic layers.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver executive-grade Tableau dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytics products that drive business performance.
•Build scalable self-service analytics capabilities with trusted, actionable insights.
•Develop and optimize analytics-ready data models in Snowflake for GTM use cases.
•Partner with Sales, Renewals, Customer Success, and Services leaders to translate business needs into data solutions.
•Establish data governance, data quality, security, and row-level access controls, including AI-ready semantic layers and governed datasets.

Salary: EUR 38,775 - 64,625 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in business intelligence, sales operations, analytics, or related data-focused roles.
•Advanced Tableau expertise, including dashboard development, visualization best practices, performance tuning, and executive reporting.
•Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (or comparable cloud data platforms).
•Advanced SQL skills for data modeling, query optimization, and scalable dataset design.
•Knowledge of data governance, access controls, security frameworks, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
