Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and organize multiple schedule input sources and performance data into a master schedule platform, delivering required project/program status reports.
  • •Implement project planning and scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures reflecting company and contractor roles and expectations.
  • •Manage schedule interfaces between contractors and maintain integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the program suite.
  • •Provide interface and quality assurance to project functional groups and contractors on schedule tracking and schedule performance reporting.
  • •Perform critical path analysis and probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules; support staffing/progress/customized reporting and rotate on-site.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 10 years of applicable experience.
  • •Experience developing, preparing, reviewing, and baselining project schedules, including critical path analysis.
  • •Experience with scheduling and risk analysis programs such as Primavera P6 and Acumen Fuse.
  • •Strong communication skills.
