Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver an effective end-to-end cost management service to meet client objectives.
  • •Undertake detailed cost analysis and reporting, identifying variances and assessing contractual compliance.
  • •Implement cost analytics tools and processes to embed cost intelligence into ways of working.
  • •Provide cost estimating and assurance across the project lifecycle using benchmarking and parametric scaling.
  • •Support integrated delivery within a centralized PMO, manage stakeholder relationships, and transfer knowledge internally.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
  • •4+ years cost analyst and/or cost management experience, preferably in private practice or construction.
  • •Achievement of Chartered status with AIQS or RICS or equivalent recognized body.
  • •Strong ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • •Good knowledge of procurement methods and value engineering, with accuracy in preparing and presenting reports.
