Key Responsibilities

  • •Reside in the Samsung Austin Fab to manage 14nm production from NPI to production with the customer and Fab team.
  • •Partner with engineering and business groups to ensure NPI activities meet customer schedules and technical requirements.
  • •Manage foundry process control and process change documents, and monitor NPI progress and customer communication including logistics status.
  • •Support production ramp, yield, and quality improvements with the customer and factory.
  • •Monitor factory performance on key customer indicators, initiate corrective action programs, and manage customer and internal technical meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in semiconductor operations, packaging, and supply chain management (highly preferred).

  • •Strong troubleshooting and negotiating skills to resolve operational issues with customers (preferred).
