Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform analytics and continuous monitoring of web resources.
  • •Detect, analyze, and handle phishing, online fraud, trademark misuse, and copyright violations.
  • •Coordinate takedowns by communicating with resource owners, hosting providers, domain registrars, and relevant authorities.
  • •Prepare service delivery summaries and regular incident reports for clients.
  • •Research new scams and phishing schemes to improve threat detection and prevention.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong analytical skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
  • •Solid understanding of network operations and the Internet protocol.
  • •Experience working with hosting centers or domain name registrars is a competitive advantage.
  • •Fluency in English.
