Join Primrose Retirement Communities as a Life Enrichment Assistant, supporting the planning and execution of recreational programs that meet the social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs of residents. You’ll coordinate events, engage with residents, organize outings, recruit volunteers, and help create a vibrant, resident-focused activity calendar in our Washington, UT community.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with planning and execution of life enrichment programs to meet the needs of residents.
•Encourage resident participation in all activities and coordinate monthly events at the community.
•Assist with organizing local outings and decorate the facility for special occasions and events.
•Identify and recruit volunteers and manage the resident volunteer program.
•Distribute monthly life enrichment schedules and acknowledge residents' birthdays and special accomplishments.

Key Requirements

•High School diploma or equivalent is required.
•Activity Certification is preferred.
