Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with planning and execution of life enrichment programs to meet the needs of residents.
  • •Encourage resident participation in all activities and coordinate monthly events at the community.
  • •Assist with organizing local outings and decorate the facility for special occasions and events.
  • •Identify and recruit volunteers and manage the resident volunteer program.
  • •Distribute monthly life enrichment schedules and acknowledge residents' birthdays and special accomplishments.

Key Requirements

  • •High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • •Activity Certification is preferred.
  • •Minimum of one year working with senior population preferred but will consider previous experiences.

  • •Ability to speak effectively to groups of residents, associates of organizations or outside professionals.
