Job Summary

Lead a team of quality engineers and inspectors at RTX’s Holt Plant to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Partner with safety, operations, engineering, materials, and maintenance to drive corrective actions, implement proactive quality initiatives, and uphold QMS and Quality Cardinal Rules in an onsite manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead your team of quality engineers and inspectors to deliver results while ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
•Support all shifts of operators and inspectors; ensure quality control and quality assurance activities are robust across shifts.
•Partner with safety, operations, engineering, materials, and maintenance teams to meet deliverables and solve problems.
•Evaluate and approve technical data and work instructions in support of engineering and operations.
•Lead the Material Review Board Crib and Clinic members to manage inventories and projects, including investigations and corrective action recommendations for nonconformities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,400 - 251,600 annually

Key Requirements

•A University degree and minimum 10 years of Quality, Operations, Engineering, or related experience in a manufacturing, operations, or related field; OR an advanced degree with minimum 7 years of experience.
•U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
